RESOLUTION AFFIRMING THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL IN CONNECTION WITH THE RENAMING OF MINNIE STREET TO THIRD STREET. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of San Rafael, on the 22nd day of June 19_0 , recommended the renaming of Minnie Street to Third Street between the block of Hayes and Shaver Streets WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of San Rafael determined that the public necessity, convenience and general welfare required the change of street name, in that, the change of street name follows the street naming pattern of the neighborhood; WHEREAS, the matter came on regularly for consideration by the City Council of the City of San Rafael on the 6th day of July 19 65 ; WHEREAS, evidence, both oral and documentary, was produced and good cause appearing therefor; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED that the recommendation of the Planning Commission of the City of San Rafael to rename Minnie Street to Third Street is hereby affirmed.
