RESOLUTION, DECLARATION AND FINDINGS,
REJECTING TENTATIVE MAP TERRA LINDA
UNIT 24
The tentative map Terra Linda Unit 24 coming on
regularly to be heard and evidence, both oral and documentary,
having been introduced and received and good cause appearing
therefor, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL, California,
HEREBY RESOLVES as follows:
1. That said tentative map, Terra Linda Unit
24, be and the same is hereby rejected.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL further finds,
declares and resolves that the said tentative map did not contain:
1. Sufficient description to define the location
and all boundaries of the proposed subdivisions.
2. Names and addresses of all record owners or
owners of said subdivisions.
3. The names and approximate grades of all roads,
streets, highways and ways in the proposed subdivisions and along
the boundaries thereof.
4. The location and character of all existing or
proposed sanitary sewers and storm drains in the subdivision or on
said adjoining and contiguous highways, streets and ways.
5. Adequate street accesses.
6. Any dedication and improvement of any streets
on the remaining lands of Freitas.
7. Any of the requirements of Sections 15.16.040
and 15.16.050 of the San Rafael Municipal Code with respect to the
lands of Freitas.
8. Any of the requirements of Section 11,503 of the
Business and Professions Code of the State of California with

respect to the lands of Freitas.
declares:
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL further finds and
1. That there was no statement accompanying the
tentative map supplying the information required.by,Section
15.16.050 of the San Rafael Municipal Code.
2. That there was no statement of the time at
which improvements and public utilities, including water supply
and sewage disposal, proposed to be made or installed are pro-
posed to be completed.
3. That there is no statement concerning restrictive
covenants proposed, if any.
4. That there is no dedication and improvement of
any streets on the remaining lands of Freitas.
5. That the requirements of Sections 15.16.040
and 15.16.050 of the San Rafael Municipal Code have not been met
with respect to the lands of Freitas.
6. That there should be a dedication and improvement
of a street, which street should run approximately over and along
Lots 14 through 26 of the property of Alameda Homes, Inc. and over
and along the contiguous property of Freitas.
7. That proper drainage, sanitary sewers and public
utilities should be installed in the street mentioned in the next
preceding subparagraph 6.
8. That the requirements of Sections 15.16.040 and
15.16.050 of the San Rafael Municipal Code and Section 11,503 of
the Business and Professions Code of the State of California should
be met.
9. Lots 1, 3, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16,
17, 18, 19, 20, 23, 24, 25 and 26 are too steep.
10. That the lands being subdivided should have
adequate street accesses.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution, Declaration

and Findings was duly and regularly adopted by the Council of
the City of San Rafael, Marin County, California, at a regular
meeting thereof'held on the 7th day of September, 1965, by the
following vote, to wit:
