Home My WebLink AboutCC Resolution 3335RESOLUTION S' RESOLUTION SUSPENDING RESOLUTION 3303 AS TO A PARTICULAR PARCEL OF REAL PRO- PERTY FOR A PERIOD OF 120 DAYS. WHEREAS, an application for Use Permit No. 6557 and Subdivision No. 6521 has heretofore been filed and the Planning Commission of The City of San Rafael, California, on the 22nd day of June, 1965, approved said Use Permit; and WHEREAS, Resolution No. 3303 of the City Council of The City of San Rafael suspended further proceedings as to said applications, the real property which is described on Exhibit A which is attached hereto and incorporated herein as though set forth in full and prohibited the issuance of a building permit in connection with said real property; and WHEREAS, suspending said Resolution No. 3303 only as to said applications and said real property and permitting the issuance of a building permit for said real property for a period of the next 120 days will not defeat the objectives set forth in said Resolution; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED as follows: 1. That Resolution No. 3303 is hereby sus- pended for a period of 120 days from September 20, 1965, as to the issuance of a building permit for the real property des- cribed on Exhibit A, the said applications and the real property described on Exhibit A. 2. Except as ordered in subparagraph 1 hereof, Resolution No. 3303 shall remain in full force and effect.
