RESOLUTION NO. 3_3
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COMPLETION AND DIRECTING ENGINEER
TO FILE NOTICE OF ACCEPTANCE OF COMPLETION
NORTHGATE INDUSTRIAL PARK - UNIT NO.1
PHASE II
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
California, that
II WHEREAS, the City Engineer of this City and the Engineer of
Work of said City have filed with the City Council their Engineer'
Certificate as to the completion of all of the work of Phase II
provided to be done under and pursuant to the contract between
said City and Ghilotti Bros. Inc., dated
T
196+; and
WHEREAS, it appears to the satisfaction of this Council that
said work under said contract has been fully completed and done
as provided in said contract and the plans and specifications
therein referred to;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That acceptance of completion of said work be, and it
is hereby, made and ordered.
2. That the Engineer of Work is directed to execute and
file for record with the County Recorder of the County of Marin,
Notice of Acceptance of Completion thereof, as required by law.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and
correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of.San Rafael, California, at a meeting there-
of held on the ��"day of November, 1965, by the following
