RESOLUTION EXTENDING TIME FOR THE COMPLETION OF CONTRACT
Upon application of the Contractor therefor, and due cause being shown
this City Council:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the time within which the construction of
PROJECT 45, PHASE IV, THIRD STREET IMPROVEMENT (SIGNALS)
provided for in that certain Agreement between the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
and L. H. LEONARDI ELECTRIC CONSTRUCTION CO. , as Contractor,
shall be completed, be and it is hereby extended to and including the
17th
day of January , 1966
I, W. CLIFFORD CORNWELL, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of
said City held on Monday , the 20th day of
December , 1965 by the following vote, to -wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN my, .Baar, Barbieri Jensen, and Mayor WHO
NOES: COUNCILMEN
