RESOLUTION DIRECTING THAT NO BUILDING PERMITS
BE ISSUED UNTIL A SEWER SERVICE HOOKUP HAS
BEEN OBTAINED.
GOOD CAUSE APPEARING THEREFOR, IT IS RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
1. Effective January 1, 1966 and until the further
order of the City Council of the City of San Rafael, the Building
Inspector of the City of San Rafael is hereby directed to not
issue any building permits for any real property unless the
applicant for such building permit first seeks and obtains a
permit for a sewer service hookup from the sanitation or
sanitary district in which said real property is located.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
Marin County, State of California, at a regular meeting thereof held
on the 20th day of December, 1965, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES Councilmen Aby, Baar, Barbier, Jensen and
Mayor Bettini
NOES None 1
ABSENT None
