RESOLUTION EXTENDING TIME FOR THE COMPLETION OF CONTRACT Upon application of the Contractor therefor, and due cause being shown this City Council: BE IT RESOLVED, that the time within which the construction of PROJECT 45, PHASE III - THIRD STREET IMPROVEMENT provided for in that certain Agreement between the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL and GHILOTTI BROS.. INC. , as Contractor, shall be completed, be and it is hereby extended to and including the 17th day of January , 1966 I, W. CLIFFORD CORNWELL, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City held on Monday , the 3rd. day of January , 1966 by the following vote, to -wit: AYES: COUNCILMEN Aby, bar, Barbier, Jensen, and Mayor Bellini NOES: COUNCILMEN ABSENT: COUNCILMEN W. MIFFOD CORNWELL, City Clerk
