RESOLUTION EXTENDING TIME FOR THE COMPLETION OF IMPROVEMENT WORK
Upon application of the Subdivider therefor, and due cause being shown this City
Council:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the time within which the construction of the improvement work
provided for in that certain agreement between the City of San Rafael and
FRANK G. MERZ
as Subdivider, shall be completed,
be and it is hereby extended to and including the 15th day of
February ,
1966 ; this extension shall not become effective unless and until said Subdivider
files with the City Clerk the written consent of the Surety Company upon said
Subdivider's Faithful Performance Bond to said continuance and waiver of Statute
of Limitations for the period of said extension.

foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a
re lar: meeting of the Council of said City held on Monday, the 3rd
Gay of � 19 66 by the following vote, to -wit;
