Baseball at Albert Park:
Hugo Landecker CAP (Citizens for Albert Park), expressed concern regarding the revised agreement with
Centerfield Partners, L.L.C.
Street Vendors:
Shannon Wells urged the City Council to reinstate permitting for street vendors. City Manager to
investigate.
Towing Fees:
David Cotton, President, Terra Linda Towing, requested that towing fees be reviewed in an effort to bring
them within market rate. City Manager to investigate.
DUI Checkpoint Policy, Jaywalking Enforcement, Sutter Health:
Barry Taranto indicated his support for the new policy on DUI checkpoints and towing of vehicles with
unlicensed drivers. He expressed concern regarding harassment of jaywalkers on Fourth Street and the
Sutter Health issue at Marin Square.

Breast Cancer Awareness Month: Battalion Chief Jim Lydon and Fire Captain Andy Rogerson, San
Rafael Fire Department, reported that this year for the first time, every Marin County Fire Department
Agency for the week of October 17, 2011 would wear pink t -shirts to honor Breast Cancer Awareness
Month.
