RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF
FIRE STATION NUMBER FIVE
l,ZHEREAS, sealed bids or proposals were received by the City
Council for the ftrxAx9&i2*9(xa9 construction of Fire Station
Number Five
and all such bids or proposals were publicly opened, examined and
declared; and
WHEREAS, the bid or proposal of Joseph DiGiorgi• and Son,
8 David Court,
San Rafael, California at the quotation stated in his
bid, was and is the lowest responsible bidder or proposal,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City
Clerk are authorized to execute a contract on behalf of the City
with said successful bidder in accordance with the terms, specifica-
tions, and general provisions of said bid or proposal.
FURTHER RFSOLVED, that all other bids or proposals are hereby
rejected and the City Manager is directed to return all accompanying
certified checks, cash, and bond of said unsuccessful bidders.
I, gni. CLIFFORD CORMIELL, City Clerk, hereby certify, that the
foregoing resolution was duly introduced and adopted at a meeting
of the City Council held on the 4th day of Apri 1 ,
19 66 by the following vote:
