RESOLUTION EXTENDING TIME FOR THE COMPLETION OF CONTRACT
Upon application of the Contractor therefor, and due cause being shown
this City Council:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the time within which the construction of
PROJECT 73 - LINDARO STRERT STORPA WATRR PUMP
provided for in that certain Agreement between the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
and MAGGIORA, GHILOTTI. & hIADSEN, INC. , as Contractor,
shall be completed, be and it is hereby extended to and including the
31st day of May , 19 66
I, W. CLIFFORD CORNWELL, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of
said City held on Monday , the 2nd day of
May , 19 66 by the following vote, to -wit:
