RESOLUTION EXTENDING TIME FOR THE COMPLETION OF CONTRACT Upon application of the Contractor therefor, and due cause being shown this City Council: BE IT RESOLVED, that the time within which the construction of PROJECT 73 - LINDARO STREET STORM WATER PUMP provided for in that certain Agreement between the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL and MAGGIORA, GHILOTTI g MADSEN, INC. , as Contractor, shall be completed, be and it is hereby extended to and including the 20th day of July , 1966 I, W.
