Home My WebLink AboutCC Resolution 3483RESOLUTION NUMBER ✓`T v RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ORDER SETBACK LINES ON VERDI STREET AND LISBON STREET, FIXING THE TIME OF HEARING PROTESTS THERE- ON AND NOTICE THEREOF. The PLANNING COMMISSION of the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL having heretofore filed with the Clerk of the City of San Rafael its recommendation that the setback lines hereinafter mentioned be adopted, and said recommendation having been accompanied by a map showing Verdi Street and Lisbon Street and the said proposed setback lines; and It appearing that the public health, safety, convenience, interest and welfare require the adoption of said setback lines and this resolution: NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED: (1) That the Council of the City of San Rafael intends to establish and adopt setback lines described as follows: VERDI STREET. Four (4) feet, six (6) inches on the east side of Verdi Street for its entire length. LISBON STREET. Four (4) feet, six (6) inches on the north side of Lisbon Street for its entire length. (2) NOTICE is hereby given that the 6th day of September, 1966, at the hour of eight o'clock p.m. in the City Hall at 1400 Fifth Avenue, San Rafael, California, is hereby fixed as the time and place when and where any and all persons having any objection to the establishment of the said proposed setback lines may appear before the Council of the City of San Rafael and present any objections which they may have to said proposed setback lines. (3) This resolution shall be published twice in the Independent Journal, a newspaper published in the City of San Rafael, California, and at least two copies of this resolution shall be posted conspicuously at least 100 feet apart upon the sides of Lisbon Street and Verdi Street in front of each block of Lisbon ORIGINA Street and Verdi Street along which such setback lines are proposed to be established. Said publication and posting shall be made at least ten days before the time of the aforesaid hearing. I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly adopted by the Council of the City of San Rafael, Marin County, California, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 15th day of August, 1966, by the following vote, td wit: AYES Councilmen Aby, Barbier, Jensen and Mayor Bettini NOES None ABSEBT Councilman Waar E W.
