RESOLUTION EXTENDING TIME FOR THE COMPLETION OF CONTRACT
Upon application of the Contractor therefor, and due cause being shown
this City Council:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the time within which the construction of
51 -PROJECT 2002 (14-66) CITY PARKING LOT, FIFTH AND "A" STREETS
provided for in that certain Agreement between the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
and GHILOTTI BROS., INC. , as Contractor,
shall be completed, be and it is hereby extended to and including the
21st day of November , 1966
I, W. CLIFFORD CORNWELL, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of
said City held on Monday , the seventh day of
November , 1966 by the following vote, to -wit:
