HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC Resolution 3512RESOLUTION NO. 3512 RESOLUTION EXTENDING TIME FOR THE COMPLETION OF CONTRACT Upon application of the Contractor therefor, and due cause being shown this City Council: BE IT RESOLVED, that the time within which the construction of Santa Margarita Valley Park, Project 40-2002 provided for in that certain Agreement between the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL and A. J. Bresnan Company , as Contractor, shall be completed, be and it is hereby extended to and including the 16th day of December , lg 66 I, W. CLIFFORD CORNWELL, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City held on Monday , the 21st day of November , 19 66 by the following vote, to -wit: AYES: COUNCILMEN Aby, Baar, Barbier, Jensen and Mayor Bettini NOES: COUNCILMEN None ABSENT: COUNCILMEN None W.
