RESOLUTION EXTENDING TIME FOR THE COMPLETION OF CONTRACT
Upon application of the Contractor therefor, and due cause being shown
this City Council:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the time within which the construction of
Proiect 40-2002 Santa Margarita Valley Park
provided for in that certain Agreement between the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
and A. J. Bresnan Company , as Contractor,
shall be completed, be and it is hereby extended to and including the
16th day of January , 19 67 .
I, W. CLIFFORD CORNWELL, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a Regular meeting of the Council of
said City held on Monday , the 19th day of
December
, 19 66 by the following vote, to -wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN Aby, Baar, Barbier, Jensen and Mayor Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMEN None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN None
