RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR TWO (2) HYDRAULIC CUSHION FLAP GATES
FOR FRANCISCO BOULEVARD STORM PUMPING STATION
WHEREAS, sealed bids or proposals were received by the City
Council for the furnishing of Two (2) Hydraulic Cushion Flap_Gates for
Francisco Boulevard Storm Pumping Station
and all such bids or proposals were publicly opened, examined and
declared; and
WHEREAS, the bid or proposal of Friedman Bros. Hardware inc.,
17 East Washington Street
Petaluma, California at the quotation stated in his
bid, was and is the lowest responsible bidder or proposal,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk
are authorized to execute a contract on behalf of the City with said
successful bidder in accordance with the terms, specifications, and general
provisions of said bid or proposal.
FURTHER RESOLVED, that all other bids or proposals are hereby rejected
and the City Manager is directed to return all accompanying certified checks,
cash, and bond of said unsuccessful bidders.
1, W. CLIFFORD CORNWELL, City Clerk, hereby certify, that the foregoing
resolution was duly introduced and adopted at a meeting of the City Council
