RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
ADOPTING BUDGET FOR EXPENDITURE OF
FUNDS ALLOCATED FROM THE STATE HIGHWAY FUND TO CITIES
WHEREAS, a Master Agreement for the Budgeting and Expenditure
of Funds Allocated from the State Highway Fund to Cities has been
entered into by the City of San Rafael, hereinafter referred to as
the city, and the State Department of Public Works, Division of Highways,
hereinafter referred to as the department; and,
WHEREAS, a project statement has been prepared and was submitted
to the department on October 24, 1967, showing the estimated expenditures
of such funds recommended to be made during the 1967-68 fiscal year;
and,
WHEREAS, a budget, approved by the department on November 2,
1967, has been presented to the city council in accordance with the
project statement submitted by the city; and,
WHEREAS, the city council has heard read said budget, as
approved by the department, and is familiar with the contents
thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the city council of the City
of San Rafael that said budget be and is hereby adopted as the
budget of expenditures recommended to be made from such funds
during the 1967-68 fiscal year.
ADOPTED this 6th Day of November, 1967.
