RESOLUTION NO. 6 2 Z
APPROVING A CONTRACT WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE -THE CONTRACT.
Be it RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San Rafael as
follows:
1. The Contract with the State of California under the Emergency
Flood Relief Law, dated November 20th, 1967 is hereby
approved.
2. The Mayor of the City is hereby authorized and directed to
execute the contract on behalf of the City of San Rafael.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of San Rafael held on the 20th day of November
1967, by the following vote of the City Councilmen:
AYES: Councilmen Baar, Barrier, Jensen, MisUman, and Mayor B1i101
NOES: Councilmen
ABSENT: Councilmen
