RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL MAP REVERTING TO
ACREAGE LAND PREVIOUSLY SUBDIVIDED EXCEPT
FOR ONE SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT
WHEREAS, on the 18th day of December , 1967
the Planning Commission of the City of San Rafael did, in writing, recommend
to the City Council of said City the approval of that certain map dated
September 1967 prepared by Transamerican Engineers and entitled "The purpose
of this map is a reversion to acreage of a portion of the map of 'Terra Linda
Unit 21, San Rafael, California', pursuant to 'The Subdivision Map Act',
amended 1965", which map reverts to acreage land previously subdivided by that
certain map entitled "Terra Linda Unit 21, San Rafael, California" which latter
map was recorded in the Office of the Recorder of the County of Marin, State of
California, on February 21, 1967 in Volume 13 of Maps at page 89; and
WHEREAS, it appears that said land should be reverted to acreage
except for one sanitary sewer easement shown thereon; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing on the final map reverting said land to
acreage was duly held after the giving of the notices required by law;
NOW, THEREFORE IT IS RESOLVED that the final map entitled "The purpose
of this map is a reversion to acreage of a portion of the map of'Terra Linda
Unit 21, San Rafael, California', pursuant to 'The Subdivision Map Act', amended
1965`, which map is dated September 1967 and was prepared by Transamerican Engineers
is hereby approved and the land encompassed therein, except for the one sanitary
sewer easement shown thereon, is hereby reverted to acreage and the City Clerk
is authorized to execute the certificate upon the face of said map of the approval
thereof and to deliver said map to the Office of the Recorder of the County of
Marin, State of California, for filing therein; and
BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER, that the one sanitary sewer easement shown and
delineated on said map is'to be left in full force and effect and is not to be
affected hereby.

I, W. CLIFFORD CORNWELL, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted
at a regular meeting of the Council of said City on the 18th day
of December , 1967, by the following vote, to wit:
