RESOLUTION NO. 34 i �41
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THAT SURPLUS
BE EXPENDED FOR MAINTENANCE
NORTHGATE INDUSTRIAL PARK
UNIT NO. 1
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
California, that
WHEREAS, said Council, pursuant to Resolution of Intention
No. 27-49, adopted March 4, 1963, provided for the acquisition and
construction of certain public improvements and for the levy of
assessments to pay the costs and expenses thereof, all as therein
particularly described;
WHEREAS, after the accomplishment of all of said work and
acquisitions and the payment of all expenses incidental thereto,
the following additional amounts of money have been received and
are now being held in the Construction Fund for said project:
A. $3,887005 from the Marin Municipal Water District as a
refund on waterline construction and service connections;
Bo $3,1+2097 from the Las Ga.11inas Valley Sanitary District
as a refund on sewerline construction;
WHEREAS, this Council has heretofore ordered by Resolution
No. 3395, A Resolution Ordering Change and Modifications and
Directing Disposition of!Surplus; Northgate Industrial Park Unit
No. 1, adopted March 7, 1966, that any surplus remaining in the
Construction Fund for said project is to be expended in the main-
tenance of the improvements acquired and constructed pursuant to
said Resolution of Intention.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS FOUND, DETERMINED and ORDERED, that
the balance now on deposit in said Fund, to wit:
$7,030.02, shall be expended in the maintenance and operation
of the improvements acquired and constructed pursuant to Resolution
of Intention°
