WHEREAS, Section 2156 of the California Streets and Highways
Code requires that the City of San Rafael transmit to the Department of
Public Works of the State of California the attached report entitled,
"SUMMARY OF ROAD & STREET PROGRESS AND NEEDS";
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED that the report attached hereto
and incorporated herein in full, entitled "SUMMARY OF ROAD & STREET PROGRESS
AND NEEDS" is hereby adopted by the City Council of the City of San Rafael,
and
IT IS ORDERED that said report be transmitted to the Department
of Public Works of the State of California forthwith.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of San Rafael, Marin
County, Cali nia, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the ,yy
day of1968, by the following vote, to wit: ,
