RESOLUTION EXTENDING TIME
WHEREAS, the City of San Rafael has heretofore adopted
Ordinance No. 898 wherein it granted a license to TELE-VUE SYSTEMS,
INC, to construct, operate and maintain-,a:community antenna tele-
vision system within the City of San Rafael; and
WHEREAS, Section 22 of Charter Ordinance No. 890 of the City
of San Rafael requires that within thirty (30) days after the effec-
tive date of the Ordinance awarding a license or within such extended
period of time as the Council in its discretion may authorize, the
Grantee of such a license shall file with the City Clerk, his
written acceptance, in form satisfactory to the City Attorney,
together with the bond and insurance policies required by Sections
14,15(a) and 15(b) of said Ordinance 890 and its agreement to be
bound by and to comply with and do all the things required of him
by the provisions of said Ordinance 890 and the license; and
WHEREAS, TELE-VUE SYSTEMS, INC., has heretofore and within
thirty (30) days of the effective date of Ordinance 898, submitted
to the City Clerk all of the documents required of it; and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney was not completely satisfied with
the documents as submitted and has redrafted some of said documents;

GOOD CAUSE APPEARING THEREFOR, IT IS RESOLVED that the time
within which the documents referred to above must be filed with
the City Clerk is hereby extended for a period of thirty (30) days
from this date.
I, W. CLIFFORD CORNWELL, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a filar meeting of the Council
of said City on the. day of by the following
