RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
PUBLIC HEARING ON AMENDMENTS TO RESOLUTION
NO. 1696 ENTITLED "PERSONNEL SYSTEM RULES
AND REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL"
AND FIXING THE POSTING OF SUCH AMENDMENT
AND NOTICE THEREOF.
GOOD CAUSE APPEARING THEREFOR IT IS RESOLVED that
a public hearing shall be held on a proposed amendment and revision of
the "Personnel System Rules and Regulations of the City of San Rafael"
which have heretofore been adopted by the City of San Rafael Resolution
No. 1696 and that said public hearing shall be held in the City Council
Chambers in the City Hall located at 1400 Fifth Avenue, San Rafael, Calif-
ornia, at 8:00 o'clock p.m. on the 15th, day of My, 1968; and it is
RESOLVED FURTHER that a copy of said amendment and revision,
a copy of which is attached hereto, together with a notice of said public
hearing be posted in the lobby of the City Hall at 1400 Fifth Avenue, San
Rafael, California, and the Office of the Clerk of the City of San Rafael
in said City Hall for at lead_ _five (5) consecutive days prior to said
public hearing.
I, W. C. CORNWELL, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, Calif-
ornia, HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City
held on the 17th day of Julv by the following vote, to
wit:
AYES Councilmen Baar, Barbier, Jensen, Miskimen
and Mayor Bettini
NOES Councilmen None
