WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Rafael encourages the creation of a non-profit corporation by public spirited citizens for the purpose of aiding and assisting the City of San Rafael in the financing of a "facility", namely a municipal golf course and heliport with its appurtenances; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Manager, Dan E. Andersen, is hereby instructed to cooperate with the proposed corporation, directors, officers and representatives to carry out the general purpose of said corporation. I, W. CLIFFORD CORNWELL, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a Regular meeting of the Council of said City held on Monday the _ 1st day of July 196 4 , by the following vote, to -wit: AYES: Councilmen Baar, Barbier, Miskimen and Mayor Bettini NOES: Councilmen Jensen ABSENT: Councilmen None W.
