RESOLUTION EXTENDING TIME FOR THE COMPLETION OF IMPROVEMENT WORK
"GLENWOOD FOREST UNIT TWO"
Upon application of the Subdivider therefor, and due cause being shown this City
Council:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the time within which the construction of the improvement work
provided for in that certain agreement between the City of San Rafael and
PERMA-BILT ENTERPRISES
as Subdivider, shall be completed,
be and it is hereby extended to and including the 17th day of October ,
19 68; this extension shall not become effective unless and until said Subdivider
files with the City Clerk the written consent of the Surety Company upon said
Subdivider's Faithful Performance Bond to said continuance and waiver of Statute
of Limitations for the period of said extension.
I, W. CLIFFORD CORNWELL, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that the
foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a
regular meeting of the Council of said City held on Monday, the 1st
day of July , 19 68 , by the following vote, to -wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN Baar, Barbier, Jensen, Miskimen and Mayor Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMEN None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN None
