RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND DIRECTING
CALL FOR BIDS FOR
RELOCATION OF SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM
HIGIVY'AY "101" WIDENING PROJECT
Vicinity of Clyde Avenue, Clinton Street
WHEREAS, and Tamalpais Avenue
City Engineer, of the City of San Rafael, California, presented to the City
Council of said City and filed with the City Clerk thereof, Plans and Specifi-
cations entitled RELOCATION OF SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM
HIGHWAY "101" WIDENING PROJECT
Vicinity of Clyde Avenue, Clinton Street
and Tamalpais Avenue
and WHEREAS, said City Council has examined and considered said plans and specifi-
cations and the same appear to be in all respects correct and proper;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY ORDERED AND RESOLVED that said plans and specifi-
cations be and the same are hereby approved as the official plans and specifi-
cations for doing said work;
IT IS HEREBY FURTHER ORDERED AND RESOLVED, that the City Clerk of said City be
and he is hereby authorized and directed to cause to be published in a manner
provided by law a notice inviting sealed proposals for doing said work, which
said notice shall contain among other things required by law, a statement of the
time and place hereby fixed and appointed for opening, examining and declaring
said proposals, to -wit: 8:00 o'clock P.M. on Monday, the
5th Day of August, 1968
, at the Council
Chambers of said City Council in the City Hall, on Fifth Avenue in said City.
I. W. CLIFFORD CORNWELL, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that
the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a
regular meeting of the Council of said City held on Monday the
15th
day of July. 1968 , by the following vote, to -wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN Baar, Barbier, Jensen, Miskimen and Mayor Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMEN None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN None
