WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Rafael on the 15th `•�'� b�l'
day of July , 196 8 , adopted Resolution No. 3670 BOOK 2231 PACE 230
entitled RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO VACATE VARIOUS EASEMENTS; and
WHEREAS, said Resolution was posted as required by
law;
and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works of the City
of
San Rafael,
California, conspicuously posted notices of easement vacation
as
required by
law;
and
WHEREAS, a hearing was had this day as required by
law
and said
Resolution No. 3670 , at which hearing the Council of
the
City of San

Rafael heard evidence offered by persons interested; and
WHEREAS, it appears from all of the evidence submitted
that the
follows described easements are unnecessary for
ng y present or
prospective
public use;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED as follows:
1. That the following described easements are unnecessary for
present or prospective public use;
2. That the following described easements are hereby ordered
closed, abandoned and vacated;
3. That the easements closed, abandoned and vacated are described
on Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
I, W. CLIFFORD CORNWELL, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and
adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of San Rafael held

An easement for public utility purposes.3 feet in width lying
northwesterly of and contiguous to the following described
line:
BEGINNING at a point on the northwesterly line of Lot 11, dis-
tant thereon N 340 57' 23" W 4.79 feet from northwest corner
of Lot 20, as said Lots are shown and delineated on that
certain map entitled, "Map of Glenwood Forest Unit Two, San
Rafael, Ca1ifonaia" recorded in Book 14 of Maps at Page 13,
Marin County Records; thence, leaving said northwesterly line,
S 520 11' 12" W 141.17 feet to the northeasterly line of Laurel -
wood Court, as shown on the above mentioned map, and the south-
westerly terminus of the above described easement.
