RESOLUTION EXTENDING TIME FOR THE COMPLETION OF CONTRACT
Upon application of the Contractor therefor, and due cause being shown
this City Council:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the time within which the construction of
41 PROJECT 2001 (2-68) RESURFACING OF VARIOUS STREETS
provided for in that certain Agreement between the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
and E. A. FORDS CO, , as Contractor,
shall be completed, be and it is hereby extended to and including the
16th
day of September , 19 68
I, W. CLIFFORD CORNWELL, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of
said City held on Monday , the 26th day of
August , 19 68 by the following vote, to -wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN Baar, Barbier, Miskimen and Mayor Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMEN None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN Jensen
