FRED BAGSHAW for his dedication to the Redwood Empire; and WHEREAS, said T. FRED BAGSHAW, a lifelong resident of Marin County, has always been a loyal friend and supporter of the City of San Rafael; and WHEREAS, because of his outstanding service as Mayor of Mill Valley, as Supervisor of Marin County, as a Director of the Golden Gate Bridge, and as a State servant in the Department of Public Works, where his efforts on behalf of San Rafael were monumental; and WHEREAS, T. FRED BAGSHAW has demonstrated his rare talent and abilities for the good of the State of California; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of San Rafael hereby designate T. FRED BAGSHAW as an honorary citizen of San Rafael and commend and thank him, on behalf of the citizens of San Rafael, for hts cooper— ation and guidance whenever called upon. I, W. CLIFFORD CORNWELL, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City held on Monday, the 26th day of August, 1968, by the following vote, to—wit: AYES; Mayor Bettini, Councilmen Baar, Barbier, Jensen and Miskimen NOES: None ABSENT: None ORIGINAL 9 RESOLUTION NO. 3689 RESOLUTION OF COMMENDATION FOR T.
