HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC Resolution 3691RESOLUTION N0. 3691 RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND DIRECTING CALL FOR BIDS FOR BREI HARTE DRAINAGE SYSTEM - PHASE II (DU BOIS STREET) WHEREAS, City Engineer, of the City of San Rafael, California, presented to the City Council of said City and filed with the City Clerk thereof, Plans and Specifi- cations entitled BRET HARTE DRAINAGE SYSTEM - PHASE II (DU BOIS STREET) and WHEREAS, said City Council has examined and considered said plans and specifi- cations and the same appear to be in all respects correct and proper; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY ORDERED MID RESOLVED that said plans and specifi- cations be and the same are hereby approved as the official plans and specifi- cations for doing said work; IT IS HEREBY FURTHER ORDERED AND RESOLVED, that the City Clerk of said City be and he is hereby authorized and directed to cause to be published in a manner provided by law a notice inviting sealed proposals for doing said work, which said notice shall conta44n among other things required by law, a statement of the time and place hereby fixed and appointed for opening, examining and declaring said proposals, to -wit: 8:00 o'clock P.M. on Monday the 16th day of September, 1968 , at the Council Chambers of said City Council in the City Hall, on Fifth Avenue in said City. CLIFFORD CORNWELL, Clerk of the Ci`� of San Rafael, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a Tuesday regular meeting of the Council of said City held on ZDMMM the 3rd day of September, 196$ by the following vote, to -wit: AYES: COUNCILMEN Baar, Jensen, Miskimen and Mayor Bettini NOES: COUNCILMEN None ABSENT: COUNCILMEN Barbier W.
