Home My WebLink AboutCC Resolution 3697RESOLUTION NO. 3697 RESOLUTION FIXING PLUMBING PERMIT FEES WHEREAS, Section 12,16.020 of the San Rafael Municipal Code provides that any person desiring a plumbing permit shall, at the time of filing an application therefor, pay a fee, which fee shall be as set forth by Resolution of the City Council; and WHEREAS, the City Council desires to set the fees referred to in said Section 12.16.020 NOW THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED that any person desiring a plumbing permit shall, at the time of filing an application therefor, pay a fee as required in this Resolution as follows: 1. For Issuing Permit $ 2.00 In addition: 2. Plumbing fixture and trap 1.50 3. Building or trailer sewer 5.00 4. Private sewer system 10.00 5. Sewer ejector 5.00 6. Repair or alteration to drainage or vent system 1.50 7. Gas piping system of (1) - (5) outlets 1.50 Over (5) outlets, each .30 8. Installation, alteration or repair to water piping and/or treating equipment 1.50 9. Industrial waste pre-treatment interceptor - commercial grease trap 1.50 9. Lawn sprinkler system Vacuum breakers (1) - (5) 2.00 Over (5) each .30 10. Water heater and/or vent 1.50 11. Water storage tank not over 250 gals. 2.50 over 250 gals. 5.00 12.
