RESOLUTION FIXING FEES FOR ACTION UNDER TITLE 14
OF THE SAN RAFAEL MUNICIPAL CODE
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of San Rafael desires to fix
the fees to be required of any person desiring any action under Title 14
of the San Rafael Municipal Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED that any person desiring action
under Title 14 of the San Rafael Municipal Code, at the time of filing
his application therefor pay to the City of San Rafael the following
fees:
If the Application is for: The Fee is;
A Use Permit $5.00
A Variance ' $10.00
I, W. CLIFFORD CORNWELL, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced
and adopted as a regular meeting of the Council of said City on the
day of , 1968, by the following vote, to -wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN : Baar, Barbier, Jensen, Miskimen and Mayor
Bettini
