A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF ONE
(1) 1969 DODGE CALIFORW HIGHWAY PATROL SPECIAL
AND FIVE (5) STANDARD CLASS .B SEDANS THROUGH THE
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL HEREBY
RESOLVES as follows:
The City Manager is hereby authorized to purchase
from the State Procurement Office, General Services One (1)
1969 Dodge California Highway Patrol Special and Five (5)
Standard Class ,B Sedans through the State of California.
Any substitute will be subject to review and rejection by
the City of San Rafael.
1, W. CLIFFORD CORNWELL, Clerk of the City of San
Rafael, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of
the Council of said City held on Monday, the 21st day of
October, 1968, by the following vote, to -wit:
AYES: COUNC[LMEN: Baar, Barbier, Jensen, Miskimen and
Mayor Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
