RESOLUTION EXTENDING TIME FOR THE COMPLETION OF CONTRACT
Upon application of the Contractor therefor, and due cause being shown
this City Council:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the time within which the construction of
it RELOCATION OF SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM - HIGHWAY 101 WIDENING PROJECT"
Vicinity of Clyde Avenue, Clinton Street and Tamalnais Avenue_
provided for in that certain Agreement between the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
and V. N. VUKASIN and SLAVG RIGISICH , as Contractor,
shall be completed, be and it is hereby extended to and including the
1st. day of March
, 19 69
I, W. CLIFFORD CORNWELL, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of
said City held on Monday , the 16th day of
December , 19 68 by the following vote, to -wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN Baar, Barbier, Jensen, Miskimen and Mayor Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMEN None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN None
