A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
RAFAEL FIXING THE COMPENSATION FOR THE POSITION
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of San
Rafael that the classification of Police Cadet, Section 1.3
Public Safety be amended as follows:

I, W. C. CORNWELL, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regu-
larly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the
Council of said City held on Monday, the 16th day of December,
1968 by the following vote, to -wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Baar, Barbier, Jensen, Miskimen and
Mayor Bettini
