RESOLUTION EXTENDING TIME FOR THE COMPLETION OF CONTRACT
Upon application of the Contractor therefor, and due cause being shown
this City Council:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the time within which the construction of
"RELOCATION OF SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM - HIGHWAY 101 WIDENING PROJECT -
Vicinity of Clyde Ave.. Clinton Street and Tamalnais Avenue"
provided for in that certain Agreement between the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
and V. N. VUKASIN & SLAVO RIGISICH
, as Contractor,
shall be completed, be and it is hereby extended to and including the
30th
day of April , 1969
I, W. CLIFFORD CORNWELL, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of
said City held on Mondav , the 3rd day of
March , 1969 by the following vote, to -wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN Barbier, Jensen, Miskimen, Robbins, and Mayor Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMEN None
