A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN RAFAEL FIXING THE COMPENSATION FOR CER-
TAIN POSITIONS WITHIN THE CLASSIFICATION
PLAN AND AMENDING RESOLUTION N0. 3679.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
San Rafael that Section 1.3 of Resolution No. 3679 be amended
to read as follows:

This resolution shall take effect forthwith upon its
adoption and the several compensations and allowances herein
provided shall be in full force and effect as of and from
Mar. I, 1969.
I, W. C. CORNWELL, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regu-
larly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council
of said City held on Monday, the 3rd of March, 1969 by the
following vote, to -wit:
