WHEREAS, the record is unclear whether or not a
one (1) foot non -access strip on Lea Drive, San Rafael,
California, as shown on the subdivision map of Terra Linda
Meadows has been removed;
AND WHEREAS, it is to the benefit of the public
that said non -access strip be removed
NOW THEREFORE IT IS RESOLVED that that certain
one (1) foot non -access strip shown on Lea Drive on the map
of Terra Linda Meadows be and the same is hereby removed.
I, W. CLIFFORD CORNWELL, Clerk of the City of
San Rafael, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a Regular _
meeting of the Council of said City on the 3rd __day of
March , 1969, by the following vote, to -wit:
AYES Councilmen Barbier, Jensen, Miskimen,
Robbins and Mayor Bettini
NOES Councilmen None
ABSENT Councilmen None
