RESOLUTION REMOVING ONE (1) FOOT NON -ACCESS STRIP AT THE
END OF MAHOGANY DRIVE AS SHOWN ON THE SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TERRA LINDA UNIT 23
WHEREAS, the Record Subdivision Map of Terra Linda Unit 23, in the
City of San Rafael, has provided for a one (1) foot non -access strip at the
end of Mahogany Drive; and
WHEREAS, said one (1) foot non -access strip is adjacent to the
San Rafael City Limit Line; and
WHEREAS, a proposed Subdivision known as Terra Linda Terrace, in
the County of Marin, would necessitate the extension of Mahogany Drive
located within the City Limits of the City of San Rafael; and
WHEREAS, said proposed Subdivision known as Terra Linda Terrace
has been approved by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Marin; and
WHEREAS, it is to the benefit of the public that said one (1) foot
non -access strip be removed;
NOW, THEREFORE, it is resolved that that certain one (1) foot non -
access strip shown at the termination of Mahogany Drive on the Map of Terra
Linda Unit 23 be and the same is hereby removed.
I, W. CLIFFORD CORNWELL, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced
and adopted at a regular
meeting of the Council of said City on
