A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SIGNING
OF A LEASE OR AGREEMENT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN RAFAEL HEREBY RESOLVES as
fol lows:
The MAYOR and CITY CLERK are authorized to execute,
on behalf of the City of San Rafael a lease or agreement with
the State of California Highway Department approving the plans and
s-narifiratinn¢ of the addi1•innal viarilyrt nn H; wa 11ni
a copy of which is hereby attached and by this reference made a
part hereof.
I, W. CLIFFORD CORNWELL, Clerk of the City of San
Rafael, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted at a RPqular meeting
of the Council of said City held on Monday the 91st
day of Aril , 19_69_, by the following vote, to -wit:
AYES: Councilmen: Barbier, Jensen, Miskimen, Robbins, Jr. and
Mayor Bettini
