RESOLUTION REMOVING ONE (1) FOOT NON -ACCESS STRIP
ALONG THE SOUTHERLY SIDE OF NORTHGATE DRIVE
WHEREAS, the Record Subdivision Map of "Terra Linda Valley" in the
City of San Rafael, shows a recorded one (1) foot non -access strip along the
southerly side of Northgate Drive, formerly Del Presidio Blvd., a distance of
576.76 feet, more or less, from the southwest corner of Northgate Drive and
Los Ranchitos Road;
AND WHEREAS, said one (1) foot non -access strip would preclude
access to the proposed site development;
AND WHEREAS, it is to the benefit of the public that said one (1)
foot non -access strip be removed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that that certain one (1) foot non -
access strip along the southerly side of Northgate Drive (formerly Del Presidio
Blvd.) at the southwest corner of Northgate Drive and Los Ranchitos Road, as
shown on the Subdivision Map of "Terra Linda Valley" be and the same is hereby
removed.
I, W. CLIFFORD CORNWELL, Clerk of the City of San Rafael, hereby
certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and
adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of said City on the 21st
day of April , 1969, by the following vote, to -wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN Barbier, Jensen, Miskimen, Robbins, Jr. and Mayor Bettini
NOES: COUNCILMEN None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN None
