RESOLUTION EXTENDING TIME FOR THE COMPLETION OF CONTRACT
Upon application of the Contractor therefor, and due cause being shown
this City Council:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the time within which the construction of
"RELOCATION OF SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM - HIGHWAY 101 WIDENING PROJECT
Vicinity of Clyde Avenue, Clinton Street and Tamalpais Avenue"
provided for in that certain Agreement between the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
and V. N. VUKASIN & SLAVO RIGISICH , as Contractor.
shall be completed, be and it is hereby extended to and including the
29th day of June

hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
