RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR Furnishing of Certain Road Materials
for the Fiscal Year 1969 - 70 as Enumerated and set forth on the agreement ___
Attached hereto and Incorporated herein by reference_ --
WHEREAS, sealed bids or proposals were received by the City Council
for the furnishing of Road Materials for the Fiscal Year 1969 --70
and all such bids or proposals were publicly opened, examined and declared;
and
WHEREAS, the bid or proposal of HUTCHINSON COMPANY
at the quotation stated in their bid, were and
are the lowest responsible bidder or proposal received on the Items listed in
said agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clark
are authorized to execute said agreement that is attached hereto on behalf of the
City with said successful bidder in accordance with the terms, specifications, and
general provisions of said agreement and bids or proposals.

resolution was dkily introduced and adopted at a meeting of the City Council
held on the 21st day of JuIX , 1969 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Barbier, Jensen, Miskimen and Mayor Bettini
NOES: Councllmen None
ABSENT: Councilmen Robbins, Jr.
