RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR Furnishing of Certain Road Materials
for the Fiscal Year 1969 - 70 as Enumerated and set _forth *n the agreement
attached hereto and 1ncer"ratgd herein by reference
WHEREAS, sealed bids or proposals were received by the City Council
for the furnishing of Road Materials for the Fiscal Year 19� 70
and all such bids or proposals were publicly opened, examined and declared;
and
WHEREAS* the bid or proposal of MCPHAIL'S INC.
, at the quotation stated in their bid, were and
are the lowest responsible bidder or proposal received on the items listed in
sold agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clark
are authorized to execute said agreement that Is attached hereto Ga behalf of the
City with said successful bidder In accordance with the term , specifications, and
general provisions of sold agreement and bids or proposals.
1, W. CEIFFOREI CORNWELL, City Clerk, hereby certify:, that the foregoing
resolution was duly introduced and adopted at a meeting of the City Connell
held on the 2..1st day of July,, 1969 by the following vote:
