RESOLUTION EXTENDING TIME FOR THE COMPLETION OF CONTRACT
Upon application of the Contractor therefor, and due cause being shown
this City Council:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the time within which the construction of
Project 40-2003 (69.402-1)

provided for in that certain Agreement between the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
and Bobo Construction Company , as Contractor,
shall be completed, be and it is hereby extended to and including the
29th day of August , 19 69
I, W. CLIFFORD CORNWELL, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of
said City held on Monday , the 4th day of
August , 19 69 by the following vote, to -wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN Barbier, Jensen, Miskimen and Robbins, Jr.
NOES: COUNCILMEN None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN Mayor Bettini
