RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR Nine (9) or more Special Police
Patrol Automobiles
WHEREAS, sealed bids or proposals were received by the City Council
for the furnishing of Nine (g) or more Special Police Patrol Aiitnmohiles
and all such bids or proposals were publicly opened, examined and declared;
and
WHEREAS, the bid or proposal of Marin Dodge. Inc.
at the quotation stated in
his bid, was and is the lowest responsible bidder or proposal,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the City Manager is
authorized to prepare a purchase order on behalf of the City to be
issued to the successful bidder in accordance with the terms, specifi-
cations, and general provisions of said bid or proposal.
FURTHER RESOLVED, that all other bids or proposals are hereby
rejected and the City Manager is directed to return all accompanying
certified checks, cash, and bond of said unsuccessful bidders.
I, MARION GRADY, City Clerk, hereby certify, that the
foregoing resolution was duly introduced and adopted at a meeting
of the City Council held on the lst day of December , 19 69
by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen : Barbier, Robbins, Jr. and Acting Mayor Jensen
NOES: Councilmen : None
ABSENT: Councilmen Miskimen agd Mayor Bettini
