RESOLUTION EXTENDING TIME FOR THE COMPLETION OF CONTRACT
Upon application of the Contractor therefor, and due cause being shown
this City Council:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the time within which the construction of
PROJECT 41-2021 (70.308-7) "INSTALJ,ATTQN OF TRAFFIC SJGNAJ,S AT NQRTBG4TE DBI VE & I A$ GAJ I INAS AVENUE"
provided for in that certain Agreement between the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
and L. H. LEONARDI ELECTRJC CQW5TRUCTIQN COMPANY, as Contractor,
shall be completed, be and it is hereby extended to and including the
7th day of December , 19 -20. •
I, MARION A. GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of
