RESOLUTION EXTENDING TIME FOR THE COMPLETION OF CONTRACT
Upon application of the Contractor therefor, and due cause being shown
this City Council:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the time within which -the construction of
SEE BELO\./
provided for in that certain Agreement between the CITY OF SAN RAFAEL
and SEE BELOW , as Contractor,
shall be completed, be and it is hereby extended to and including the
1st day of February , 19_.11 .
I, HARIOH A. GRADY, Clerk of the City of San Rafael,
hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted at a regular.meeting of the Council of
