The Council of the City of San Rafael, California, on its own �otion, hereby proposes that the Charter of the City·of San R�f�el ,Cali- fornia, be amended by amending Section and Section 11 of Article VI, which amendments shall be effective at 12:00 Midnight on Monday the , 21st day of Apri 1, 1975, as fol lows: Section 1 of Article VI be amendmed as to delete there from the following words: 11a City Attorney.11 Section 11 of Article VI be amended so as to insert between the words 11 a chief of police," and the words 11a city engineer," the following: 11a city attorney." Section B. The Council of the City of San Rafael, California, on its own motion, hereby proposes that the Charter of the City of San Rafael, Cali fornia, be amended by amending Section 8 of Article VI to read as follows: Section 8 of Article VI be amended so as to delete therefrom the fol lo1Ni-ng words: 113 yrs", and substitute in the place and stead thereof the following words: 11 1 yr.11 Section C. The Council of the City of San Rafael, Cal ifornia, on its own motion, hereby proposes that the Charter of the City of San Rafael, Cali fornia, be amended by adding thereto Subsection (a) to Section 8 of Article VI and which shall read as follows: Article VI Section 8 Subsection (a).
